Q1.What time is your check-in time and check-out time ?

A.Check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out time is 10:00am.

Q2.Can I leave my luggage if I arrive at your hotel earlier ?

A.Yes we can look after your luggage before your check in and after check out.

Q3.Is there public bath a hot springs?

A.It is not hot springs, though our public bath is very traditional and very new,
Redecorating was finished and it opened in February 2011.
(If you're not sure of public bath protocol ask our staff)
There is also Jacuzzi on the top floor which may be reserved for private use.
You can have beautiful scenery of Nara.
The private Jacuzzi is available for use at a rate of 2,100yen per hour.

Q4.Do you accept credit cards and which cards accept?

A.Yes,we accept VISA/Master card.

Q5.Where can we have meals ?

A.We serve dinner in your room,breakfast the dining room, located on the 1st floor.

Q6.What kind of meals do you serve for dinner ?

A.Nara's traditional Kaiseki dishes with seasonal fish (traditional Sushi in Nara)and vegetables.

Q7.Can you cook dinner without any meat and fish?

It is depending on the case.We try to cater to our guest's vegetarian or any allergy requirements.
If you want to request,please make a request in advance by email or when you make a reservation.

Q8.What amenities will be in my room?

A.All rooms have air conditioning, fridge, TV hairdryer haircap,facecotton hairbrush,razor,toothbrush,toothpaste,soap,shampoo,conditioner and yukata(Japanese room wear)

Q9.Is there a washing machine ?

A.We don’t have any washing machine,however there is laundry store close to hotel.It takes about 5 minutes on foot..

Q10.What time is the curfew ?

A.The curfew is 12:00 midnight,But if you might come back after12:00midnight,the hotel back door has been opening for 24 hours Please ask the front desk when you leave the hotel.

Q11.Do you have non-smoking room ?

A.No,we don't have any non smoking rooms.
However we can the room be ventilated with air purifiers and window open before yourcheck-in.

Q12.Is there free Wi-Fi in your hotel?

A.Yes there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby on the 1st floor.
We also have laptop available for guest.
You can ask our staff anytime!!

Q13.Is there any restaurant around your Hotel?

A.There are many kinds of restaurant near the Hotel.It takes about 10minutes on foot.
